Terms:

In order to proceed with the rental of any of our audiovisual equipment, the person who will be responsible for the rental must go to our facilities (we do not have delivery service), must sign a liability contract in which he certifies that he receives the agreed equipment in good condition and is fully responsible for delivering them in the state in which they were received, any total or partial damage must be restored within a certain period of time.

Requirements:

We have three options so you can see which one best suits your possibilities, below you will find them in order of relevance.

First option

• Present a copy of the certification of business.

• Photo of the ID of the legal representative on both sides.

• Photo of the ID of the one who picks the equipment up on both sides. (If apply)

• Deposit depending on the equipment that has a minimum of $ 100,000

Second option

• Photo of your ID on both sides.

• Reference or recommendation letter from the university where you are currently studying or the company where you currently work.

• Deposit depending on the equipment that has a minimum of $ 100,000

Third option

• Photo of your ID on both sides.

• Contract an equipment operator that is responsible of the equipment during the rental time, the price of the operator is separate and entirely on your own and can vary between $ 100,000 - $ 300,000 for 8 hours of work, overtime is paid at 20% of the cost operator. (The client bears the transportation costs of the equipment and the operator's feeding)
